Property Evaluation
& Tour
Next, we’ll take an evaluation and tour of the property and meet with you, getting a better idea of what possible solutions we can offer you. After researching and qualifying the property, we will give you an offer on your property and if you are comfortable, we can sign a “purchase and sale” document and send the property information to Title and Escrow for closing.
Closing at Local Title Company
Once a deal has been agreed to, we will close on the property, transferring ownership over to MDP Group at a local preferred Title company with a Real Estate Attorney closing the Transaction and freeing you of obligations to the property.
